摘    要:针对WD618.44性能试验后的拆检过程中,发现活塞顶部有裂痕,且凸轮轴磨损严重,已不能满足正常使用要求的情况,在保证不降低性能的条件下,配合活塞顶部避碰坑加深和动力学计算重新设计了高次方动力凸轮.新凸轮能有效减小飞脱量及降低凸轮接触应力,保证了使用可靠性.并且发动机其它性能指标优于或保持原机水平.

Abstract:There is a crack on the top of piston and the cam shaft wears away severaly after the performance test of WD618.44 diesel engine. A new high power cam was designed and the tunnel for avoiding collision was deepen, but the diesel performance could not be reduced. The separate valve and contact stress of the new cam were reduced by dynamic calculation. The test shows that the performance of the new cam is not worse than that of original cam.
