| 摘 要： | 城市规划视角纳新是将生态伦理中人的行为准则和道德规范,从人与人的领域扩大到人与自然系统的领域,通过伦理道德的约束力来规范有关城乡土地利用规划与建设中的行为。本文依据生态伦理的基本思想与价值取向,提出生态伦理观在城市规划中实现的基本认识与主张。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces an alternative perspective of urban planning that is developing the conduct rules and moral ethics which adjust the rela-tionship among people into the human and natural system,and rationalizing the conduct in the land use planning and urban-rural construction by moral ethics. It presents the cognition and proposition for the real-ization of eco-ethics in urban planning based on the ideology and value of eco-ethics. |
