摘    要:为了节约能源、改善环境、减少污染,针对饭店的厨师所用炉灶,根据超声波检测理论设计了一种火焰自动控制器。将超声波换能器安装在炉灶底部下方,对发射的声波经锅底反射信号的检测判断炉灶上方的锅是否存在。从而进行燃气供应量的控制,即实现了对火焰的控制。在检测时间上避开炉灶底部各界面反射声波的干扰。从物理角度上分析了超声波的传播过程,给出了硬件电路框图和程序设计流程图。对燃气管路的设计给出了具体方案。

Abstract:In order to save the energy,improve the environment,and reduce the pollution,a flame automatic controller is designed for the cooking range used by the cook in the restaurant according to the theory of ultrasonie testing.The ultrasonic transducer is placed below the bottom of the cooking range,the existence of the cooker above the cooking range is judged by detecting the emitted sound waves reflected by the cooker bottom,accordingly the combustion gas supply is controlled,thus the control to the flame is realized.The disturbance of the sound waves reflected by all sides of the cooking range bottom should be avoided in the detection time.The propagation process of the ultrasonic wave is analyzed from the physical aspect,and the hardware circuit block diagram and programming flow chart are given.The concrete plan of the design of the gas pipeline is given,too.
