基于DSP的现场数据录入终端设计

摘    要:运用DSP技术和CAN总线技术设计了一个面向离散型生产制造车间,并应用于MES环境下的现场数据录入终端系统,为MES提供了有力的数据支持,实现了企业上层经营管理与下层控制环节的连接。现场数据录入终端系统以TMS320LF2407A为微处理控制器,通过键盘录入数据,以CAN总线网络为通讯载体,实现着终端系统与上位机或其它数据录入终端的通讯。借助CCS3.3DSP开发软件和CAN—Bus通用测试软件进行了软件开发、调试与仿真。结果表明该系统结构紧凑,可靠性高,性价比高,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:A field real-time data record terminal, which faces discrete workshops and is applied to MES, is based on DSP technology with CAN bus. It provides available data for MES and fulfills reliable connection between the upper management of entelprises and the local control. The TMS320LF2407A is a microprocessor in the set. A field real-time data is recorded by keyboard, transmitted among terminals by CAN bus in the set. The soft is developed, debugged and simulated with CCS3.3DSP and CAN-Bus universal test software. The set has broad application prospects with compact structure, high reliability and reasonable performance price ratio.
