一种半主动油气悬架的改进研究

摘    要:介绍了一种半主动油气悬架系统,该系统与被动悬架相比能在改善车辆乘坐舒适性的同时提高操作稳定性,但是这种系统结构复杂,容易发生泄露,占用空间大;为此对其进行改进,改进后的系统去掉了液压动力单元、液压阀集成块及连接油管,从而在减了重量,减少布置空间,降低成本的同时,较好地完成了刚度可调与车高可调的功能,并分析了该悬架系统参数与车身升高量的关系.

Abstract:The structure style of a semi-active hydro-pneumatic suspension system is introduced. In comparison with the passive suspension system, the ride comfort and handling of a off-road vehicle with this kind of system is improved. But this system is complicated, and easy to leak. An improved design of the system is described, where the function of adjustable stiffness and ride height can be obtained. The power unit, hydraulic blocks and pipes are taken off from the system, so its mass, cost and required space decrease. The influences to ride height by the charge pressure, cubage of accumulator are also analyzed.
