锰铁合金还原脱磷的研究

摘    要:本文讨论了锰铁合金还原脱磷的热力学条件.在硅钼棒炉中,采用CaSi—CaF_2熔剂对锰铁合金进行了还原脱磷的实验,结果表明:随着熔剂中CaSi/CaF_2比的增加、熔剂量的增加和温度的降低,脱磷率是升高的。

Abstract:The thermodynamic conditions of reducing dephosphorization of Fe-Mn al- loys were discussed.The experiments were performed with CaSi-CaF_2fluxes in a MoSi_2 furnace.The results obtained indicate that dephosphorization efficiency is in- creased with the increase of the ratio of CaSi/CaF_2 in flux,the increase of the quantity of flux and the decreased of temperature.
