氧化镁水合制备氢氧化镁研究

摘    要:以水氯镁石热解法制得的氧化镁为原料,进行水合制备氢氧化镁的实验研究。通过单因素试验和正交试验,考察了反应时间、反应温度、液固比及搅拌速率对氧化镁水化率的影响,优化了水化反应条件。实验结果表明,水化反应各因素影响大小依次为反应温度、反应时间、液固比,氧化镁水化的优化条件为:反应温度80℃,反应时间12 h,液固比8∶1,搅拌速度300 r/min。

Abstract:Using the magnesium oxide which is prepared by pyrolysis of bischofite,as raw material,magnesium hydroxide is prepared.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature,liquid to solid ratio and stirring rate on the hydration preparation of magnesium oxide are investigated by means of single factor test and orthogonal test.The optimal hydration conditions are determined through test.The experiment results show that the order of the factors are the followinig temperature,time,liquid to solid ratio.The optimal conditions of magnesium oxide hydration are the following: temperature is 80℃,time is 12 h,liquid to solid ratio of water and magnesium oxide is 8:1,the stirring rate is 300 r/min.
