连续电解法海水预处理研究

摘    要:对天津渤海近海海水进行连续电解预处理研究,在连续进出水的条件下,探讨了电流密度、进水流速、搅拌速度、极板倒转时间等因素对出水水质的影响。通过单因素实验,确定了当电流密度为25.22 mA/cm2、进水流速为8.4 L/min、搅拌速度为180 r/min、极板倒转时间间隔为25 min时,出水符合反渗透的进水要求。并利用电化学的方法初步研究了电极反应机理。

Abstract:The pretreatment of continuous electrolytic with Bohai seawater was studied.The influences of parameters to effluent quality,such as conditions current density,water velocity,stirring speed,time of plate reversal under the condition of continuous inlet and outlet water were researched.By the single factor experiment,the effluent meet the requirements of the quality of reverse osmosis influent water when current density is 25.22 mA/cm2,water velocity is 8.4 L/min,stirring speed is 180r/min and time of plate reversal is 25 min.In addition,the mechanism of electrode reaction was discussed preliminarily on the basis of electrochemistry.
