浅谈化工建筑防爆设计

摘    要:结合化工生产的特点,由于不少化工物料的易燃易爆特性,其生产过程往往具有危险性。作为装置的载体,建筑虽然只是提供一个场所,但对于事故的发生,或一旦爆炸发生能最大限度地减少人员和财产的损失,建筑设计或起到不可或缺的作用,应引起设计人员及有关部门领导足够的重视。采取设置防爆墙将危险部位进行分隔;利用屋盖、门窗及轻质墙体泄压等措施。

Abstract:Combined with the characteristics of the chemical production,because many chemical materials are of flammable and explosive characteristics,its production process is dangerous.As the device carrier,although the building is to provide a venue,but for the accident or explosion,it can minimize the loss of personnel and property,architecture maybe play an indispensable role,should cause the design staff and leaders of relevant departments attention.Taking the explosion-proof wall was to separate the dangerous positions,and we used using roof,doors and windows and the wall of light relief measures.
