微波技术在植物纤维漂白中的应用研究

摘    要:探讨了微波功率、微波辐射时间及H2O2用量对碱法麦草浆H2O2漂段的影响,确定了微波漂白的最佳工艺条件,即微波功率为800W、微波辐射时间为1.5min、H2O2用量为1.5%(对绝干浆)时漂白效果最佳.将微波技术应用于H2O2漂段,可提高反应速率、缩短纤维漂白时间,从而有效提高漂白的效果及效率,使H2O2漂段的工艺获得了进一步完善.

Abstract:By applying microwave radiation technique, hydrogen peroxide bleaching can change the structure of chromophoric groups of lignin, which accelerates bleaching rate and shortens bleaching time and effectively increases bleaching efficiency. The influence of power and radiation time of microwave and the amount of hydrogen peroxide on plant fiber are discussed. The proper conditions of microwave radiation bleaching are determined. The best bleaching result can be achieved when microwave radiation power is 800W, microwave radiation time is 1.5min, and the amount of hydrogen peroxide is 1.5% on dried pulp.
