| 摘 要： | 上市公司股利政策是一直困扰我国证监会的主要问题之一,它关系到公司股东和债权人的利益,对上市公司的长远发展产生深远影响。论文归纳了常州上市公司近5年来股利分配方式及其表现形式,据此分析了股利分配政策存在的主要问题,并提出了整顿上市公司股利政策的建议。

| Abstract: | The dividend policy of stock company is the main problem puzzling the Chinese stock supervising organization.It is related to the profit of stockholder and creditor,and has deep influence upon the development of stock company.Based on the summarization of the dividend distribution mode and representation style of stock companies in Changzhou city in the recent five years,this paper makes an analysis of the existing problems of dividend policy,and brings forward suggestions on how to neaten the dividend policy of stock company. |
