基于B/S模式的液压系统远程维修保障系统

摘    要:提出了将虚拟仪器技术和网络技术应用于工程装备液压系统的远程故障检测、诊断与维修系统中,介绍了该系统的功能结构和软、硬件组成。讨论了远程维修保障系统实现的关键技术问题,分析了其在工程装备液压系统维修中的应用实例。实际应用表明,该系统可大大提高液压系统的故障检测、诊断与维修保障能力。

Abstract:Virtual instrumentation and network technology were applied in remote fault testing,diagnosis,and maintenance support system for engineering equipment's hydraulic system.The functionality,configuration,and make up of hardware and software of remote maintenance support system based on B/S model were introduced.The key technical problem and solution of remote maintenance support system in hydraulic components maintenance of engineering equipment was analyzed.It is verified that the remote support system can greatly boost the capability of fault testing,diagnosis and maintenance support for engineering equipment hydraulic system.
