| 摘 要： | QFD目前在国外很多企业已有效地应用于新产品开发,并取得显著成果.缩短开发周期、减少设计更改、降低开发费用,这就使企业开发的新产品处于比竞争对手更优势的地位.此文将首先介绍QFD的基本概念、分析方法、主要步骤、解题技术以及方案评估等,然后,结合某类包装机械产品的开发设计,论述QFD法在包装企业的新产品开发过程中的应用前景和主要特点.

| Abstract: | QFD(Quality Function Deployment) is now applied to developments of new products in many enterprises abroad which have obtained effective results: development period shortened,design changes decreased,development cost reduced,and that can make enterprises in a more predominant position than their competitors for designed new products.This paper firstly introduced QFD's basic concepts,main design steps,solution techniques and products evaluations etc.,and discussed the application prospects and main features in development of new packaging products with QFD. |
