| 摘 要： | 以价值工程为核心，运用现代管理技术与方法，就施工企业组织结构改造与优化、全方位信息网络建立及管理信息技术平台的搭设等问题进行论述，构建了以价值工程为核心的现代施工企业管理框架。并以此为基础，对价值工程方法在施工管理过程中的运用进行了实证分析，明确了价值工程分析方法的工作程序及应用效果。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses problems in inefficient constuction enterprises,and sets up a new management framework that is based upon value engineering. A method is presented to optimize the organization structure of constrution emterprises and to build the platform of information mangement systems.Also the paper demonstrates the process and effect of value engineering with an example.It is effective to apply value engineering to the management of construction projects. |
