| 摘 要： | 介绍了天铁轧二制钢有限公司通过充分的市场调研，采用合理的原料，不断地研究和改进生产工艺，成功地开发研制了“焊接H型钢用热轧翼缘板产品”，取代了多年用钢板切割、裁剪制作的复杂传统工艺。减少了焊接H型钢用料的加工工序，节省了工时，降低了成本，取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | Based on sufficient market investigation and continuously researching and improving the production process, instead of the product manufactured by traditional process of steel sheet cutting, the hot-rolled flange plate for welding H-type steel is developed and manufactured with rational materials in No.2 Steel-rolling Co.,Ltd of Tiantie Group. The processing procedure of welding H-type steel is decreased, the work time saved and the cost reduced. The good economic and social benefit are obtained. |
