| 摘 要： | 针对真丝绸染色后水洗能耗大的问题,采用"浸轧→预烘→汽蒸→焙烘"的免水洗染色工艺对真丝绸进行染色,考察了黏合剂、交联剂、pH、汽蒸和焙烘条件等对染色性能的影响,发现该工艺广泛适用于真丝绸的酸性染料染色,染色织物色牢度好,手感柔软,符合生态纺织品的要求。 |

| Abstract: | In view of high energy consumption of water washing after silk dyeing,a non-water washing dyeing process for silk with the process of "pad→pre-drying→steaming→baking" was put forwarded in the paper.Then,influences of adhesive,cross-linking agent,pH value,steaming and baking condition on the dyeing property were discussed.The results showed that the dyeing silk with the non-water process had good color fastness and soft handle,and met the ecological textile requirements,so the process had extensive applicability for the dyeing of acid dyes. |
