空气雾化水煤浆喷嘴流量特性试验研究

摘    要:对大容量撞击式空气雾化水煤浆喷嘴进行了试验研究,分析了喷嘴运行参数和喷嘴内各主要结构参数对喷嘴流量特性的影响以及研究了喷嘴雾化效果,经过对试验数据的分析,分别指出了各个因素的影响程度、原因及相应调节方案,同时得出新开发喷嘴的雾化效果完全满足燃烧要求,对以后此类喷嘴的研究有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The atomization characteristics of CWS nozzle using air as the atomization medium were investigated,the operating parameters and the main structures of the new nozzle that impact of its flow characteristics and atomizing properties were analyzed.By the result of experiments,the influent effects of various factors for the new nozzle,as well as the causes and corresponding adjustment program were pointed out.Finally,the newly developed nozzle atomizing properties fully meet the combustion requirements which p...
