摘    要:通过对引进意大利奥克利姆公司粉厂粉间气力吸运系统的研究,获得了吸运系统中各输料管的风速、浓度比、接料器、卸料器、脉冲袋式除尘器、高压离心通风机的性能参数,水平和垂直输料管的沿程压力分布规律,以及输料管压损与风速、浓度比的关系;分析了气力吸运系统动耗高的原因;提出了降低引进粉厂气力吸运系统动耗的途径,并给出引进粉厂气力吸运系统降低动耗的改造设计。

Abstract:The authors of the paper made a research into the negative pressure pneumatic conveying system Zhengzhou Second Mill had imported from OCRIM Company, Italy, in 1985. Lots of parameters (including air speed, weight ratio and performance parameters of feeder, aspirating-head, filter dust collector, high pressure centrifugal fan) were obtained, the law of pressure distribution along lift-pipes (both horizontal and vertical) was found, and the relationship between the pressure loss along a lift duct, the air speed and the weight ratio was established. By analysing the causes of the high power consumption of the system, the authors have found out ways to cut down the power consumption and worked out a transforming design for it.
