摘    要: 对轧钢加热环节采用的热送热装技术及钢坯加热所用到的蓄热式加热炉、步进梁、汽化冷却系统和步进梁上的滑块等设备进行了设计和研究,讨论了它们对钢坯加热的质量和性能的影响,并从节约能源和保护环境的角度对它们进行了分析。

Abstract:The hot delivery and hot charging technologies in steel rolling and the devices in billet steel heating, such as regenerative furnace, walking beam, evaporating cooling system and slide block in the walking beam,were designed and analyzed. Its effect on the quality and performance of the billet steel heating were discussed. Also, they were analyzed in the view of energy saving and environment protection.
