摘    要:对可与循环流化床水冷壁直接结构而易于布置的下排气方形旋风分离器的性能指标:分离效率,压等进行了研究。为了获得最佳的结构,对不同的结构方案进行了优化试验。

Abstract:Studied in the paper are the performance, separation efficiency and pressure loss of a uniflow square shaped cyclone separator which can be directly and easily installed on the water wall of a circulating fluidized bed boiler. To achieve an optimum structure, a variety of versions have been tested and analyzed. The test results show that the uniflow square-shaped cyclone separator with a cone shaped exhasust gas duct offers the advantages of a compact structure, high efficiency and low pressure drop, etc. The above cited merits are of great help in realizing the scale up of circulating fluidized bed boilers.
