基于专利技术知识的机械产品创新设计初探

摘    要:专利技术知识是机械产品创新设计的重要知识资源。对专利技术知识的重要性进行了重新认识,提出了专利技术知识打折的观点,并初步探讨了如何有效获取专利技术知识和解决专利技术知识的冲突,以进行机械产品创新设计。最后,用内燃机创新设计的实例对所提观点加以阐明。

Abstract:The knowledge of patent technology is an important resource of knowledge for the innovative design of mechanical products. The importance of patent technological knowledge has been reconsidered, and the discount viewpoint of patent technological knowledge has been put forward, and in order to carrying out innovative design for mechanical products how to acquire effectively the patent technological knowledge and to solve the conflicts of patent technological knowledge have been discussed preliminarily. Finally, by the use of a living example of innovative design for internal combustion engine the above stated viewpoint was expounded.
