基于有限元的齿轮扭转刚度计算

摘    要:通过ANSYS建立一对齿轮接触仿真分析的模型,利用接触单元法计算齿轮传动过程中的扭转刚度值。结果表明,随着啮合位置的变化其扭转刚度值也不同。齿轮由两个轮齿啮合到一个轮齿啮合,再转到两个轮齿啮合,其扭转刚度显著地减少后再增长。

Abstract:This paper introduces the process of building the gear model by using ANSYS software. The torsional stiffness of the gear at one meshing position and one mesh cycle are calculated by the model. As a result,the torsional stiffness of the input gear varies dramatically throughout the meshing cycle,and it appears to be periodic with the tooth position. As the number of teeth in mesh changes from two to one and one to two,the torsional stiffness decreases and increases.
