| 摘 要： | 以微米氧化锌为原料，采用微波加热法直接加热，制备出2种不同形貌的氧化锌晶须。SEM照片显示一种是多针状晶须，另一种为柱状晶须X射线衍射结果表明，掺入了碳氢化合物的反应产物的晶须属六方纤锌矿结构、结果表明碳氢化合物粉末和纳米氧化锌粉末2种掺入物对晶须形貌的影响很大

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the preparation of zinc oxide whiskers with different morphology.The result of SEM showed that one was multi-needle whiskers,the other was hexagonal rods.The result of the XRD indicated that the production structure was wurtzite,which was mixed with hydrocarbon.The results of SEM indicated that the mixture was important for the morphology of the whiskers. |
