轿车前后轴轴间制动力矩分配的设计

摘    要:在对典型现代轿车制动力矩分配进行考察和分析的基础上,本文从整车和车轮在制动过程中受力分析出发,对制动器管道压力的设计、ECE13法则对前后轮制动器制动力矩的要求、轴间制动力分配的验证和分析等方面进行了较为系统的归纳和总结。通过实例分析表明,本文所述的方法较为实用合理,它为汽车产品设计以及有关部门采用有效的制动力矩分配设计方法、保证良好的汽车制动性能提供了一定的依据和参考。

Abstract:Based on the analyses of braking moment distribution between axles of some typical modern passenger cars, this paper analysed first the forces on car and wheels during braking, then summarized the design of pipeline pressure of brake system, the requirements of ECE13 regulation an braking torque of front and rear wheel brake, and the analyses of braking force distribution between axles.the analysing result of a certain car showed that this method of design is practicable and reasonable.this paper will be helpful for the automobile design departments.
