| 摘 要： | 住宅产业化具有提高住宅质量、改善住宅性能、加快住宅开发速度的特点,是未来住宅建筑的发展方向.相比传统建筑,产业化住宅更易于实现外遮阳装置,而活动外遮阳由于同时具有减小夏季空调负荷和冬季采暖负荷的功能,在产业化住宅中得到了越来越多的使用.本文将通过产业化住宅实际户型自然采光效果的模拟与实测,分析活动外遮阳对产业化住宅自然采光效果的影响. |

| Abstract: | Housing industrialization has the characteristics of improving the quality of residential and accelerating the pace of residential development,so it is the direction of development in the future.Compared with traditional building,industrialization houses are easier to achieve shading devices.As the movable external sunshade can reduce both summer air-conditioning load and winter heating load,its get more and more using in the industrialization houses.This paper analyzed the effects of movable external sunshade on natural lighting of industrialization house by simulating and measuring the natural lighting effect of real apartment of industrialization house. |
