露天石灰石矿的开采方案及采准工作面的设计布置

摘    要:矿山基建采准工作面布置,直接影响到基建工程量、投资费用和施工时间;而基建采准工作面位置的选择与设计布置又是一个系统工程,需考虑各种因素和条件,如山势地形、矿体规模、矿区地质,矿石储量、开采规模等等。以焦作千业水泥有限责任公司5000t/d熟料线的谷堆后矿区为例,详细介绍了该矿的储量、地形、矿体、夹层、上部覆盖层等总体概况;在此基础上重点介绍了该矿山基建采准工作面的设计布置情况,包括考虑因素、设计方案和建成后的生产情况。

Abstract:The quasi working face layout of mine infrastructure projects dil~ctly impacts and its engineering quantities, investment cost and eonstructhm lime, and the location selecting and layout design is a system engineering, needs to consider various factors and condi- tions as mountain Icrrain, ~rebody scale, geology, ore reserves,mining scale, et al. Jiaozuo Qianye Cement Co.,Ltd. 5000 t/d clinker line Guduihou mine as an example, the general situation of reserves, terrain,ore body,interlayer and upper cover layer was introduced in de- tail, on that basis, the layout design condition including factors considering,scheme and production situation 'after completion were intro- duced.
