摘    要:测量了氧化锌浪涌吸收器电路在电磁脉冲(EMP)条件下的保护特性。其中R型电路的脉冲响应时间小于10ns,在100MHz频率下的插入损耗小于1.5dB并且有高的保护能力.我们认为它作为EMP的固态抑制器是十分有前途的.

Abstract:The characteristics of zinc oxide(ZnO)surge absorber circuit for protecting againstelectromagnetic pulses(EMP)are maesured.The pulse reponse time of the R model circuit is lessthan 10 us,its insertion icss is less than 1. 5 dB at 100 MHz,the circuit has high protection efficiency.It is concluded that ZnO surge absorbers are very promising used as EMP solid-state transient suppressors.
