摘    要:曾经引起铁电学界轰动的Y1材料,其组成已公之于世,其结构为(Bi2O2)2+(An-1BnO3n+1)2-氧化铋基层状铁电材料。目前研究较多的是SrBi2Ta2O9,SrBi2Nb2O9以及它们的固溶体。文章介绍了有关Y1材料的研究背景,研究现状及发展前景

Abstract:Y 1 material has caused a great sensation throughout the ferroelectrics field. Its composition and structure have been made known to the public. It is a bismuth oxide based layered material with the structure of (Bi 2O 2) 2 (A n -1 B n O 3 n 1 ) 2- Now much attention is paid to SrBi 2Ta 2O 9, SrBi 2Nb 2O 9 and their solid solution.This paper introduces the research background of Y 1 series materials,and gives some reviews on the status and future development.
