| 摘 要： | 以光盘驱动器碟盘为例,介绍了非对称薄壁平面类精密塑件的成型工艺和模具设计,详细叙述了模具关键部位设计以及试模中出现的问题,并提出了解决办法,生产的塑件质量好,可为同类塑件的成型提供参考。

| Abstract: | The forming process and plan of an injection mould for a CD-ROM disc,a precision asymmetrical thin walled plastic plane part,were introduced.The points in designing the key parts of the mould and the problems in mould test run were discussed in detail;and then some corresponding solving methods were proposed. |
