基于遗传算法的无干涉刀位轨迹计算

摘    要:无干涉刀位轨迹的生成是复杂曲面数控加工编程中的核心问题.以最小有向距离原理为基础,通过对遗传算法进行改进,采用实数编码,引入局部最优徘徊策略和小生境遗传算法思想,充分发挥其全局寻优的特点,获得无干涉刀位轨迹.将其与局部寻优算法得到的刀位轨迹进行比较,可以确定加工中的欠切区域和欠切削量.该方法不仅可以在数控加工中生成无干涉刀位轨迹,而且可以为后续补充加工提供编程数据,在复杂螺杆数控加工的自动编程系统中应用,稳定可靠,收敛性好,计算效率较高.

Abstract:It is key problem to generate interference-free tool path of numeric control self-programming for complex surfaces.Based on the principle of minimal orientation-distance and through improving GA,(introducing) real encoding,applying circle of local extreme values and a niche genetic algorithm,the(interference-free) tool path can be gotten by using the global optimizing process.Compared with cutter-trace which is gotten by local search of algorithm,the regions and cutting amount without machining can be(determined.) The algorithm can also supply programming date for subsequent processing.The result shows that the algorithm is stable,convergent and efficient when it is used in automatic programming system for NC machining complicate screw.
