变速箱故障诊断数据采集系统的设计

摘    要:运用基于重采样的阶次分析理论,利用M的软硬件平台,配置了适合工业现场的变速箱故障诊断系统硬件平台,并使用Labview编写了相关数据采集软件.利用NI-4474和M-6601在PC机上完成了数据采集任务.根据输入的控制信号,完成了变速箱数据自动采集,无需人为干预.实现了变速箱振动和转速信号的同步并对其效果进行了验证,能够按指定的转速区间要求筛选信号,在实际测试中取得良好效果.

Design of Data Acquisition System for Transmission Fault Diagnosis
Abstract:According to resampling - based order analysis theory, considering the real situation in workshop, by using NI software and hardware, a hardware system is configured for transmission fault diagnosis system and the structure of software is confirmed. It finishes the data acquisition task by NI - 4474 and NI -6601. It can automatically do the data acquisition work according to the control signals. This system achieves and validates synchronous data acquisition of vibration and tachos signals. In addition, it can choose signals according to special RPM range. It has a good effect in working environment.
