| 摘 要： | 针对絮凝剂生产中对物料的温度、压力、液位、流量及浓度等严格要求的特点,本文介绍了一种的新型智能电气控制方案,该方案由信号采集系统、电气控制系统及监控系统三部分组成。将现场采集到的信息通过光纤通信,利用上位机对采集到的数据进行实时监控、在线修正设定值以及现场故障类型判断等。实际运行中表明,不仅可以保障产品的质量,减少人为的操作失误,节省维修人力资源,还能够增强企业的技术和管理优势。

| Abstract: | Flocculant productions were severely characteristics of temperature, pressure, liquid level, flow rate and thickness, and so on. The paper offered a kind of DCS control scheme, it was composed of signal collect system, electric control system and monitoring system. Via optical fiber communication, the supervisory computer could make use of monitoring software dealing with collecting data and carrying out real-time supervisory control, amending setting value online as well as judging malfunction types and so... |
