摘    要:上海石洞口发电厂1025t/hUP型直流锅炉自投用以来,上辐射水冷壁频繁发生拉裂泄漏。为分析爆管原因,根据锅炉的实际运行情况对上辐射水冷壁进行了大量的现场试验,测定上辐射水冷壁在不同工况下的温度水平和热应力水平以及变化幅度。通过分析研究,找出了造成拉裂泄漏的主要原因,即横向热膨胀受阻、热应力过大导致的强度破坏。对此,提出了改进措施并付诸实施,取得效果良好。

Abstract:The upper radiating waterwall of the 1025 t/h UP boiler in SDK Power Plant has suffered from frequent tube failure by tensile rupture since commercial operationend a series of test for determination of the temperature level, thermal stress level and the range of their variation in upper radiating waterwall under various operating condition were carried out. The results showed that the major cause of the tensile rupture of the waterwall tube is the restriction of the latitudinal heat expansion and excessive thermal stress in the waterwall. The remedial measure has been suggest and put into practice with good result.
