双CPU控制具有精度调节的恒张力系统

本文介绍一种使用两个 CPU 并具有精度调节的恒张力系统。由于这类系统不仅要达到恒张力运行,同时还要求在较高的运行速度下,达到一定的印制精度。因此,单个 CPU 的控制系统已经显得难以完成任务。本文在分析,介绍国外同类系统的情况下,提出了一个双 CPU 的闭环控制方案。实践证明,该方案可行,可靠,且有显著的经济效益。

A Fixed Tension Controlling System with Precision Adjustment by Using of Double Cpus

This paper introduces a fixed tension system with double CPUS, which is able to adjust the Precision. Such a system is required to run not only with afixed tension,but also at a pretty high speed witha certain printing precision,so it is difficult for a system with a single CPU to fulfil such a task. After analysing and introducing a similan exteinal System,this paper proposes a closed-loop control plan with double CPUS. It was proved by practice that this plan is doable,relia- ble and also has got remarkable economic results.
