卸压法治理井壁破裂的力学机理

摘    要:结合深厚表土中井壁破裂后采用卸压法进行治理的实际工程,根据物理模拟试验和现场实测取得的力学参数,通过数值模拟对“卸压”的力学机理和长期效果进行研究,得到卸压法治理井壁破裂各阶段中井壁内部应力、应变的动态变化规律和卸压槽压缩量的变化规律,归纳出卸压法治理井壁破裂的力学机理包括不同阶段的3个效应:破壁注浆对竖直附加力的缓释效应、套壁的径向约束效应、卸压槽位置对应的外壁局部压碎后的卸压效应,为卸压法治理

Abstract:The related mechanical parameters were gained from the physical simulation tests and field measurements for harnessing the fractured shaft lining in thick alluvium using tress relief method. The mechanical mechanism and long term effect of stress relief were investigated by numerical simulation. Dynamic change in stresses and strains on shaft lining and its strains and compression amount of stress relief slat at each stage of the harnessing with stress relief method were obtained. The research results show that the mechanical mechanism of harnessing fractured shaft lining with stress relief method includes three effects at different stages, i.e. the slowly releasing effect of grouting on the additional vertical stress, the restraining effect of additional inner lining, and the stress relief effect due to crushing of outer lining corresponding to stress relief shat, which provides a theoretical basis and technical parameters for this method.
