6130Q柴油机燃烧噪声与工作稳定性的研究

摘    要:作者在本文中分析了燃烧过程对6130Q柴油机燃烧噪声与工作稳定性的影响;并指出,预混合燃烧量过大造成燃烧噪声过高;降低该机噪声,应减少滞燃期中喷人的燃油量。喷油泵齿杆抖动和供油自动提前器扭动是影响工作过程波动的主要因素。改善调速器与提前器中弹簧元件与质量的匹配情况,将会改善工作稳定性。

Abstract:In this paper,the authors analysed the effect of combustion process upon the combustion noise and working stability of 613OQ D.I.diesel engine,and pointed out that thd higher combustion noise is caused by excessive premixed combustion.In order to reduce engine noise,it is needed to decrease the injection quantity in delay period. The fluctuation of working cycles is mainly affected by the injection pump rack shaking and auto —advancer oscillating.By improving thd matching of spring rigidity and mass,the working stability can be improved.
