生命周期评价在锌冶炼加工过程中的应用

摘    要:以株洲冶炼厂为例,运用生命周期评价对锌加工过程中产生的环境影响进行系统的研究.结果表明,株冶的酸化指数远远高于国外一些著名湿法冶炼厂,甚至明显高于国内一些火法炼锌厂,因此建议株冶对挥发窑原料与能源结构进行适当调整,并加强对SO2和CO2等温室气体排放的控制.

Abstract:The environmental impact of zinc metallurgical process is systematically investigated by the life cycle assessment with the Zhuzhou Smelter as the example. According the analytical result, the AP of Zhuzhou Smelter if far higher than that of the foreign hydrometallurgical plants, even obviously higher than that of some domestic pyrometallurgical smelter. So the suggestion is proposed to Zhuzhou Smelter that the raw materials and energy of Waelzrotary furnace should be adjusted and the control of SO2 and CO2 emission strengthened.
