摘    要:当前国际石油市场供过于求,价格疲软,显然不可能兴建煤革合成燃料工厂。但中国的情况有很大的差异,在可预见的时期内,中国能源仍将以煤为主要支柱(>75%),从国内能源的探明资源及生产实际看,煤炭相对缓和而石油严重不足,随着货运及民用车辆的急剧增加,发动机燃料短缺已成为最突出矛盾,因而在中国一些无油或严重贫油但却多煤的省份,发展合成燃料工业是可行的。在分析发建设资金筹集的可能性,技术成熟程度和经济竞争能

Abstract:At present time, the worldwide surplus of petroleum supply led to its low price. So it is not likely to construct commercial coalbased synfuel plants. The China's situation differs very much with other countries. In the foreseeable period, coal remains to be the main support to the Chinese energy source(over 75%). In respect to the national verified resources and production practice of energy, coal is comparatively in balance whereas petroleum inserious shortage. Along with the drastic increase of trucks and cars, the shortage of motor fuels has been the most urgent problem. Therefore, in those provinces and regions which have no or poor oil but abundant coal, adequately developing synfuel industry would be feasible.By analyzing the possibilities of collecting construction fund, technological maturity, economical competitive ability (considering China's return to GATT) and the enterprise profit, the author suggests that in the near future, the modified-Fischer-Tropsch process (MFT) can be employed to construct several 100,000 t/y capacity synthetic gasoline plants; in the next phase, methanol to gasoline process (MTG) can be used for converting coal-based methanol into gasoline, or use methanol to olefins process (MTO) to produce olefins for substituting feed oil in ethylene plant. In addition, the author also explores the ways of producing methyl fuel by reforming existing medium and small size ammonia plant as well as directly use the methanol blend in the engines. Thus, the possibility of adequately developing synthetic fuel industry in China has beenproven.
