| 摘 要： | 国务院颁布的18号文件，从投融资、税收、技术、出口到收入分配机制、采购、软件企业认定、知识产权保护等多方面，对软件产业给以全方位的支持。我国的软件产业获得了蓬勃的发展，而我省的软件产业发展却相当迟缓。建议认真论证和探讨一下山西软件产业及信息产业的发展问题。

| Abstract: | No.18 file issued by the state council gives great support to saftware industy,in investment,taxes,technology,export and income distribution system,purchase,software enterprise determination,protection of intellectual right,which makes fast development of software industry in our country.But it is rather slow to develop software industry in our province,we suggest to demonstrate or discuss whether it is necessary to develop software and information industry in our province. |
