热固性和热塑性硼酚醛树脂的配比对绝热层材料力学、粘接和烧蚀性能的影响

摘    要:
分别将热固性(FB)和热塑性(SFB)两种硼酚醛树脂按照质量比为0 :20,5:15,10:10,15:5 and 20:0的比例添加到EPDM基热绝缘材料中,研究了FB和SFB的质量比对热绝缘材料的力学性能、粘接性能和烧蚀性能的影响.结果显示,随着FB用量增加和SFB用量降低,绝热层材料的应力应变曲线逐渐变陡,交联密度、拉伸强度和粘接强度不断增加,抗烧蚀性能不断增强,但是其断裂伸长率却显著下降;而当FB和SFB树脂的重量比为10:10时,材料的综合性能均比较理想.

Abstract:
Two kinds of boron phenolic resin,thermosetting (FB) and thermoplastic (SFB),were added into EPDM based thermal insulation materials with a series of weight ratio of FB and SFB,such as 0:20,5:15,10:10,15:5 and 20:0.The effects of weight ratio of FB and SFB on the mechanical,bonding and ablative properties of the composites were investigated,respectively.The results showed that with the increasing of FB and the decreasing of SFB,the modulus of the composites increases,the crosslink density,the tensile strength and the bond strength of the composites are increasing gradually and its ablation resistance properties are improved continuously.However,the elongation decreases sharply with the weight ratio of FB and SFB increasing.Therefore,the optimal weight ratio of FB and SFB should be 10:10 to obtain the very thermal insulation material with the excellent comprehensive properties.
