摘    要:作为促进供热节能的有效手段,项目节能后评价受到广泛重视。其中评价指标体系的构建是核心,节能量的确定是关键。明确以"安全、工艺、能效"三大指标为主的节能评价体系,分析节能量模型存在的差异,提出基于能耗修正系数以及度日能耗的建筑物供热节能量评价模型。结合某高校实际供热数据,验证评价结果稳定可靠,为节能效果的科学评价奠定数据基础,为合同能源管理在供热领域的普及应用提供有力保障。

Research on Post Evaluation Based on Multiple Energy-saving Quantity Models for Heat-supply System

Abstract:As an effective means to promote energy - saving, post evaluation has been paid more atten- tion, in which the establishment of evaluation index system is the core, while the key is to determine the amount of energy saving. It is clear that the energy - saving evaluation system mainly consists of three major indices, namely "security technique" and" energy efficiency". Analyzing the differences of ener- gy - saving quantity evaluation methods, two models of buildings heat - supply system are proposed, sep- arately based on energy consumption correction coefficients and energy consumption of degree - days. Combined with heat - supply data of a university, the conclusions show the reliability and superiority of the revised models, which finally provide a data support for the scientific evaluation of energy - saving effect and a strong guarantee for the popularization and application of energy management contracting in the heating field.
