摘    要:排水排泥系统是金属矿山井下开采八大系统之一,直接影响到矿山的井下生产组织、生产安全和可持续性。基于铜坑矿生产任务重、排水排泥系统维护有限的特点,运用清洁生产工艺的理论和方法,以机械化、清洁化生产为目标,以2#竖井排水排泥系统为对象,开发了一套适用于铜坑矿竖井排水排泥系统清理作业的清洁生产工艺,实施排水排泥系统的多级污泥沉淀自动分离、污水转排、集中清理等专业化的工程,解决了铜坑矿2#竖井排水排泥系统的清洁维护难题。

Abstract:Pumping water and mud system is one of the eight systems in the metal underground mines. It would directly effect the production organization, mining safety and production sustainability in the process of the underground mining. Water and system in the Tongkeng Mine, the new technology of the underground mining. Based on the characteristics of the lager production tasks and the limited maintenances of clear system was proposed by the cleaner production theory and method. Taken the 2# shaft as a example, the aims were the mechanization and cleaner productions. And the professional technology was used, such as mult-mud setting separate, wastewater re-drainage and concentrated cleaning. The applying results showed the method could solve the difficult problem of the pumping and mud system cleaner in the Tongkeng Mine.
