摘    要:提高司炉人员的节能操作水平对工业锅炉的节能减排具有重要意义。在分析锅炉模拟机特点及真实燃煤锅炉经济运行调节手段的基础上,提出了基于模拟机可实现的工业燃煤锅炉节能操作技能培训的主要内容。通过对比分析探讨了节能操作型模拟机系统所需具备的软硬件条件,并提出了一种基于模拟机的燃煤锅炉节能操作技能培训的实现原理和方法,对锅炉模拟机的发展具有一定指导意义。

Research on Training Principle of Boiler Energy-saving Operation Skill Based on Boiler Simulator

Abstract:Improving the energy -saving operation skills of stokers is of great significance for the energy conservation of industrial boilers. On the basis of the analysis of the boiler simulator' s characteristics and the real coal - fired boiler' s economic operation methods, the main training content of the industrial coal -fired boiler energy -saving operation skill, which can be achieved by boiler simulator, was proposed. The required hardware and software condition for energy - saving operation boiler simulator system was discussed through comparative analysis. Finally, a training principle of coal - fired boiler energy - saving operation skill based on boiler simulator was proposed. This work has some significance to the develop- ment of boiler simulator.
