超磁致伸缩谐波电动机控制系统研究

摘    要:介绍了一种新型电动机--超磁致伸缩谐波电动机,它是根据谐波传动和超磁致伸缩材料电磁效应原理设计的.根据所设计的由四相超磁致伸缩驱动器构成的超磁致伸缩波发生器,通过分析其工作原理,提出了相应的控制方案,并设计了可快速响应的超磁致伸缩驱动器的驱动原理图.简要叙述了使电机实现调速、换向、精确定位等各项功能的控制系统软件设计方案.

Abstract:This paper introduces a new type of motor-giant magnetostrictive harmonic motor, which is based on the principle of harmonic drive and electromagnetic effect of giant magnetostrictive material. According to the giant magnetostrictive wave generator composed of four-phase giant magnetostrictive driver and the analysis of the control principle,this paper presents a corresponding control program, and designed driving principle diagram with the rapid response feature of the giant magnetostrictive harmonic actuator. The architecture and block diagram of the control system software for the functions of speed adjustment,reversing and exact location was also specified.
