摘    要:介绍了某炼油厂所产液化石油气钢片腐蚀试验不合格的情况,通过跟踪分析,认为这与其总硫含量、硫 化氢含量有关,对球罐液化石油气腐蚀与碱性水含量、取样部位等因素的关系做了试验分析;依据控制指标和腐蚀 因素,提出了改进液化石油气质量的措施,并在应用后取得了成功,为正常生产提供了可参考的控制参数。

Abstract:The Off-specification in copper corrosion tests of LPG of a refinery was discussed. Tracing analysis indicated that this was related to the total sulfur and hydrogen sulfide contents. The relation of the corrosion of LPG in spherical tank with such factors as alkaline water content and sampling point was analyzed. Based upon the control specifications and corrosion factors, measures for improving LPG quality were presented and were successful in application. This provided useful reference parameters for normal operation control.
