摘    要:采用气道型反应等离子喷涂技术,制备了TiN陶瓷涂层,通过XRD、SEM等手段对陶瓷涂层进行了相分析和横断面形貌分析。结果表明,陶瓷涂层主要由TiN相组成,并含有微量复杂成分的氧化物;TiN陶瓷涂层具有典型的层状组织结构,且层与层之间结合较好;显微压痕和断口显示TiN涂层的韧性较Al2O3涂层有明显提高。

Abstract:TiN coatings was prepared by gas tunnel type reactive plasma spraying and the structure, cross-section morphology of the TiN coatings were analyzed by means of XRD and SEM. The results show that the TiN coatings is mainly made up of TiN and minority titanium oxide with complex composition, the TiN coatings has a structure of multi-layers and the layers bond well each other. Vickers-hardness indentation and fractography show that the toughness of the TiN coatings is better than that of Al2O3 coatings.
