PBT/E-MA-GMA/CaCO3复合材料的制备与性能

摘    要:采用乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元接枝共聚物(E-MA-GMA)与CaCO3并用对聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)进行增韧改性。探讨了制备方法、CaCO3粒径及E-MA-GMA与微米CaCO3配比对复合材料形态及力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用直接添加方式时,复合材料具有较好的冲击韧性和拉伸强度;E-MA-GMA与微米CaCO3以直接添加方式制备的复合材料中几乎没有包覆结构颗粒,而E-MA-GMA与纳米CaCO3无论采用直接添加或包覆添加方式都易形成包覆结构颗粒;采用直接添加方式时,E-MA-GMA与适量微米CaCO3并用具有显著的协同增韧作用。

Abstract:The toughening modification of ethylene-methyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer(E-MA-GMA) and CaCO_(3) together on poly(butylene terephthalate)(PBT) was carried out.The influences of preparation methods,particle size of CaCO_(3) as well as ratio of E-MA-GMA to nano-CaCO_(3) on morphologies and properties of composites were investigated.The results revealed that PBT/E-MA-GMA/CaCO_(3) composite in which PBT was mixed directly with CaCO_(3) and E-MA-GMA together had better impact strength and tensile strength than that of PBT mixed with CaCO_(3) capsulated by E-MA-GMA.Composite of PBT mixed directly with micro-CaCO_(3) and E-MA-GMA together had few particles of capsulation structure.However,PBT/E-MA-GMA/nano-CaCO_(3) composite always had dispersed particles of capsulation structure whether PBT was mixed directly with nano-CaCO_(3) and E-MA-GMA together or mixed with nano-CaCO_(3) capsulated by E-MA-GMA.Proper E-MAGMA and micro-CaCO_(3) had significantly synergistic toughening effect on PBT when mixing them directly with PBT together.
