镍基高温合金的外螺纹车削试验研究

摘    要:介绍了镍基高温合金的性能特点,选用PVD涂层的螺纹车刀牌号KC5025对镍基高温合金GH4145进行了外螺纹车削试验,对切削过程中的刀具磨损、切削速度和切屑形状进行了分析,得出了镍基高温合金螺纹车削刀具选取的一些有用结论。

Abstract:The performance features of Ni-based high-temperature alloy are introduced.An external thread turning experiment on Ni-based high-temperature alloy GH4145 is carried out with a coated tool grade KC5025.The tool's wear,cutting speed and chip shapes in the cutting process are analyzed,and some useful conclusions for tool selection in thread turning of Ni-based high-temperature alloys are presented.
