摘    要:本文介绍了一种基于555定时器的晶体管特性图示仪扫描信号发生器的电路设计方法,通过555定时器产生同步的锯齿波和阶梯波触发信号,从而获得线性度良好的扫描信号.实验证明,该电路结构简单实用,其波形显示效果优于通用的晶体管特性图示仪.

Abstract:Design of scanning signal generator circuit for transistor characteristic exhibit instrument base on 555 timer was introduced in this paper. Synchronous sawtooth wave and ladder wave trigger were generated by using 555 timer. Then the scanning signal with well linearity could be obtained. The experiment results demonstrate that the circuit is simple and useful, and the wave display is better than the one of general transistor characteristic exhibit instruments.
