| Abstract: | Based on a real capacitor failure analysis in a transformer substation,this article demonstrates all sorts of problems that exist in equipment quality,type,protection disposition and function maintenance.Targeted at these problems, some practical solutions are put forward, which could be a good try for the frequent parallel capacitor failures relief. |
